I’m huge aficionado of all things vintage. Everything from my clothes to my video games show off my love of past decades. Just last week, I beat Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine for the first time! I know, welcome to 1993!
With that in mind, it should to come as no surprise that I would have a growing collection of records. Yes, even my music habits are retro. I love my turntable; everything about it delights me. So you can only imagine how excited I was when I found out that the amazing soundtrack from this summer’s blockbuster Guardians of the Galaxy was going to be released on vinyl. This two-record set includes Awesome Mix Vol. 1 and the film’s complete score.
It’s a most awesome listening experience and I can already tell it will have a place among the favorite albums. Now if I can just get my house plants to dance along with me like Baby Groot… the cats don’t seem that interested.
