Same mission. You've obliterated your opposition with the Scorpion tank and entered through the huge metal blast door with Guilty Spark. After you've hit the switch to activate the light bridge for the rest of the army below, turn around 180 degrees. Directly behind you, up some stairs, is the second terminal.
Note: The terminal will not open until you've flipped the bridge switch.
