The Future Games Show is returning in 2026 with 6 new shows
The Future Games Show is returning once again, announcing six shows across three major events throughout 2026, with the first one less than two months away.
The Future Games Show Spring Showcase will be the first show of the year. Set to take place on Thursday, March 12, 2026, it'll be broadcast during the Game Development Conference's Festival of Gaming, offering world premiers, exclusive trailers, and even some stealth demo drops. And if that's not enough, straight after the main show concludes, FGS Live From will kick off - hosted by the FGS editorial team, it'll offer even more trailers, as well as deep dives on the games shown off at the main show and news direct from GDC.
The March shows aren't far away, but there's also plenty more FGS set to take place throughout the rest of 2026. The Future Games Show Summer Showcase will be back in June, coinciding with SGF and leading directly into FGS Live from Los Angeles. And later in the summer, Future Games Show at Gamescom will be heading to Cologne, with its own Live From showcase following it up.
In 2025, the shows reached a record 47 million live and opening weekend views, and broke through the 1000 games barries. Those have included major names for 2026 like Resident Evil: Requiem, The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, and Phantom Blade Zero.
Starting with the Future Games Show Spring Showcase, you'll be able to catch all shows live on Twitch, YouTube, X, Facebook, TikTok, and right here on GamesRadar+.
