Adorable Adventures is the aptly-named upcoming cosy game about playing as a precious piglet out to find his family
And it'll be out, appropriately enough, in the Spring
Pqube and developer Wild Sheep studio have revealed details on their upcoming title, but it's not a sheep that's gone wild. Their new title Adorable Adventures just got a fresh trailer revealing what we can expect from its protagonist - a baby pig called Boris - and announcing an official release date of April 30, 2026.
With the trailer and announcement made as part of the Future Games Show's Spring Showcase Powered by HyperX, the vibe is pure cosy game with a bit of classic Attenborough nature documentary thrown in, as we watch Boris snuffle his way around and generally win the world's hearts without even trying. If you're vulnerable to cute animals, this one's going to land like a nuke.

The trailer focuses on Boris' abilities and exploits, as we see him using his nose to sniff out and track things to eat in his local forest - I guess he's a truffle hog at heart - as well as finding his siblings in the wake of a forest fire that's scattered them. I notice one of those sibling pigs is called Gary, and whoever's naming these things, kudos.
Despite the ominous tone of the fire, the vibe feels very much more gentle and educational, with an emphasis that seems to be more around exploration and learning than handling any real peril. The forest is mostly sunlit and green, and the general motivation seems less to be rescuing the piggy tribe from anything and more just reuniting for a subsequent good time. Cozy games don't get cozier than this, it seems.
If that sounds exactly like the sort of thing you need, Adorable Adventures is scheduled for release on 30 April, as mentioned, with planned releases on Steam, Epic Games, Xbox Series X and PS5. I can't resist making the obvious joke: it's a chance to go hog wild.
