The original Hollow Knight's Switch 2 Edition has just been rated by certifications board PEGI, and fans are crossing their fingers for a shadowdrop ahead of today's Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase.

PEGI's new rating isn't necessarily anything to write home about - it warns of bug-like creatures that might be scary for younger children, especially when a bunch of smaller bugs fly out of a bigger bug's belly upon death. But developer Team Cherry had already announced a dedicated port alongside Silksong's first expansion, writing that it was "hard at work on an updated version."
