Future and EA Sports partner to launch Football Week for iPad

Future Publishing, which brings you GamesRadar, CVG and all your favourite magazines is launching a new, weekly magazine for iPad. Football Week is a truly interactive digital football magazine with the up-to-the-second flexibility of a website but the design and packaging of a digital edition. It will concentrate mainly on real-world football action, but with EA Sports on-board as the official gaming partner, there will also be a weekly, dedicated EA Sports Zone with tips, tactics and competitions based around FIFA 13.

As well as full game previews of matches in the real world, a dedicated Future editorial team will provide a wealth of player interviews, think pieces and expert editorial about the wider issues of the modern game. Expert 'datatorial' pieces will use the Press Association's market-leading football statistics whilst leading football writer Jonathan Wilson (The Guardian, Goal, World Soccer) will also be supplying an exclusive column on modern EPL tactics.

Football Week will launch in early February on the Apple Newsstand.
