The Place Beyond The Pines has an incredible cast (Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Eva Mendes), a director responsible for one of TF 's favourite films (Derek Cianfrance, Blue Valentine ) and now, a beautiful UK poster to add to the long list of reasons to see it.
The first UK fly-sheet is lovely, sacrificing the floating heads of the US poster , and any temptation to put Gosling front-and-centre, for a more mysterious, atmospheric image.

Gosling plays a motorcycle stunt driver - that's him on the bike with a blonde rinse, by the way - who starts robbing banks to provide for his family. This puts him at odds with Cooper's rookie cop.
That's about all we can tell you for now, for fear of spoiling the film's wonderful surprises - but trust us when we tell you there are twists to the tale.
The Place Beyond The Pines opens in the UK on 12 April 2013. For more info, head to facebook.com/ThePlaceBeyondThePinesFilm
