Dishonored begins with the assassination of an empress, and its next DLC will put players on the other end of the conspiracy. Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall (not The Other Side of the Coin, but close!) will star conflicted assassin Daud and his band of contract killers.
Daud and his Whalers killed the Empress in front of Corvo Attano--employing the same eldritch abilities the Outsider would soon grant Corvo in his quest for vengeance. Daud will make use of that magic in his quest for redemption, with modifications to classics like Blink and new ones like Summon Assassin.
To atone for his sins, the Outsider reveals Daud must find someone or something called Delilah. Daud's search will take him through Dunwall's legal district, a whale slaughterhouse, and back through his headquarters in the flooded district.
Dunwall will be further shaped by the assassin's actions, as will his ultimate fate. Daud's quest will conclude in Dishonored's final piece of DLC, The Brigmore Witches--Bethesda gave no release date or further details on that one.
Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall will release worldwide on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on April 16, for $10 or 800 Microsoft Points.
