Dead or Alive assassins Christie and Bayman are bringing their She Quan and Sambo skills to the fighting series' upcoming sequel. Today, Team Ninja revealed the pair's arrival in a flurry of screenshots and the following trailer that depicts a new look and style for the cold-blooded contenders.

For those not familiar with Dead or Alive's history, Christie is a sadistic killer who made her debut in Dead or Alive 3, and has since devoted her life to terrorizing the french fighter Helena Douglas. Bayman, on the other hand, is a Russian fighter who tends to keep to himself when he's not brutalizing opponents with his military training in the ring.

Both playable characters will join the roster when Dead or Alive 5 takes its stance on PS3 and Xbox 360 this September. See who else may be joining the competition in Dead or Alive 5 may get more Virtua Fighters, and our Dead or Alive 5 – first hands-on preview with playable Ayane and Hitomi.
