Champ Manager transfers to console

Eidos has today confirmed that footie management sim Championship Manager 2006 will be released for PlayStation 2 and Xbox this spring.

The PC game has been shaped to fit the consoles by developer Gusto Games who was responsible for the recent Championship Manager PSP.

The console versions will include all the transfers that took place during the recent transfer window so all the squads will be completely up to date.

It should be interesting to see how Champ Man 2006 compares with the console version of Football Manager, which has the next-gen might of Xbox 360 behind it, enabling developer Sports Interactive to include all the features that appeared in the PC version.
