Konami is running a survey designed to gather consumer feedback on Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and gauge the level of interest in a potential sequel. Among the questions included in the 20 minute survey, which offers US participants the chance to win $500 in retail vouchers, respondents are asked if they’d buy a sequel and what they’d expect from the game.
Initially developed by Kojima Productions before being handed over to Bayonetta and Vanquish studio Platinum Games, Revengeance launched on Xbox 360 and PS3 in February 2013. VR mission DLC was released the following month, while campaign add-on packs followed in April and May.
Konami said earlier this week that Revengeance and PES 2013, the company's largest console releases of the past year, both "sold steadily". A PC version of Revengeance is in the works and set for release “soon”.
We said in our Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance review: “It's fast, flashy, and fun--and it's easy to excuse Revengeance's hiccups when even the simplest battles rival the best cutscenes in any previous Metal Gear.”
