For the following cheats you MUST be facing ABSOULTE NORTH! (Hang on a cliff??)
Level Skip
Go to the inventory and then to load game press and hold L + I + F + T.
All Weapons
Go to the inventory then to the large medipak press and hold C + T + R + L.
All Items
Go to the inventory then to the small medipak press and hold A + L + T + G + R.
God Mode
Go to the inventory then to the flares press and hold F + I + R + E.

Gallows Tree level select
At main menu screen highlight new game. Hold L2 and push x to start on the Gallows Tree level. (correction When using the shoulder buttons at the title screen to skip to a certain level, you have to make sure the new game option is highlighted and you need to press up, which ever shoulder button you want, depending on the world you wish to warp to, and X all at the same time.)

Stand still with no weapons in your hands, then hold square, R1 and forward. If you do this quickly enough, lara will perform a swan dive

Go up to a crate or something you can climb on, press up and cross and hold them. In the middle of Laras jump press and hold R1. Hold all three buttons down until she does a handstand . Then sit back n' look at her aerobic abilities!

Enter the inventory screen and highlight the "Timex" (TMX) selection. Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Down + Circle and press
Triangle. Quit the game and go to the main menu to find a "Special Features" option

Unlimited Small, Large and Flares
Highlight the Timex and hold L1+L2+R1+R2+Down+Square press triangle to exit your inventory go back to the inventory screen and you should have unlimited Flares, Small and Large medipacks.

Gallows Tree Level
This is to go to the gallows tree level--first go to title screen (where it says new game, load game, options) now press and hold the L and R triggers, then push left on the direction pad, wait a few seconds, the game will start automatically at the gallows tree with young lara-

Submarine Docks and 13th floor
After playing around with the code submitted by Jolly roger, I discovered that by holding the L trigger, R trigger and down on the control pad while on the main option screen, you can skip to the Submarine docks. Also by doing exactly the same thing, except instead of holding down you hold right, you can skip to the 13th Floor level.

Short Short cut on Training mode
This is simple when you go to get the 3rd golden skull by the first head fountain. Jump back about two times then run and right before you go up the slope jump. Immediately after you land press back and jump. You should land on the walkway.
