These classic GTA radio adverts will make your ears laugh

If you have happy memories of listening to the commercial breaks on Wave 103, Master Sounds 98.3 and Vladivostok FM, then you'll be mega-pumped to find out that Rockstar has set up a new site dedicated to the classic radio adverts of Grand Theft Auto.

You'll find high-fidelity, listenable ads from the various eras of Vice City and Liberty City (San Andreas selection is coming soon). Highlights include 'Jack Howitzer in Exploder', 'Join the military' and 'Space Monkey'.

GTA's radio adverts are absolutely priceless. Developer Rockstar takes the most twisted aspects of the advertising slurry that bombards us in the real world and makes it funny in a terrifyingly accurate parody kind of a way.

More from the archives are promised. We're hoping that Little Lacy Surprise ("Oh daddy please close your eyes") and Pogo the Monkey ("He's got springs for legs!") will make an appearance.

Great stuff... the guys at the Opie and Anthony radio show did a lot of the GTA radio work. Love that show!

gta is the funniest series ever. its my personal favorite series. ive probably heard everything on all the radio station but itd be nice to remember. do they have all the liberty city stations from 3,4, and liberty city stories?

I remember a phrase "We used to have a nanny but she wanted HEALTH INSURANCE" in GTA 3(?). I'll check this out for sure.
