316 Room key

After you beat the game at least once you would have unlocked costumes and titles for yourself. When you first enter Silent Hill you must go to the hospital which is at the end of the block. Walk down the block and keep going straight until you see stairs with a fence which is weird because now it's broken walk up the stairs then to your left there should be a key for room number 316 for the hotel almost at the end of the game right next to the locked door 318 were your dead father is... anywhoo use the key and watch the little cartoon it gives you, but thats all for now.

When you reach the part where you end up in the bathroom, check the toilets and you would find a body part you will need and a key for the staff room.

It takes about 10 or 12ish shotgun rounds to kill her. She won't hit you at all if you strafe back and forth after you unload your 2 shots. Just make sure you're at least 5 feet away from her.

Try and sneak up behind them first. The Best commonly found weapon that's practically designed to kill them is the Meat Hook. Use it or the hand gun on them mainly.

Exam Room Entry

Use the egg to unlock the door with the plaque with the oval on it. Then get the key to the staff lounge and go through the mirror to get in. Get the exam room key and go to the exam room.

Tesla Rifle

How to unlock Tesla Rifle: Beat game once & save. Reload game save & find room key 502. It is north of the hospital, up the long flight of stair's at the top of them. Play thru the game until you are at the Motel level. Use it to open the door & you will get the UFO ending. Save your game & reload it & the Tesla Rifle will be in your inventory.
