Respawn Entertainment will be at E3, but their first game won’t be

Respawn Entertainment, the development supergroup formed by ex-Infinity Ward executives, will be at E3 this year. Their mystery sci-fi shooter project, however, won’t be. Respawn community manager Abbie Heppe told Joystiq, "some of us will be present at E3, but we won't be showing anything or doing any press related to the game."

Is Respawn just going to check out the competition? Or to look for more high profile talent to add to their project? Either way, we’ll have to keep squinting at the same blurry screenshots and mo-cap sessions until they let loose some details. Whatever the project, Respawn’s tight-lipped buzz building technique is working. We’re excited for some actual details!

They're just going to talk about their stupid legal drama with Activision, probably. Like anyone gives a shit anymore.

If they are not going to show a game, then why should i care that they are going to be there?
