Resident Evil Revelations trailer needs a haircut

Capcom's Resident Evil sneak peak arrives one week ahead of its Tokyo Game Show debut

A trailer for Capcom's Resident Evil Revelations has surfaced on the intertubes one week before its scheduled appearance at the Tokyo Game Show. The video features a cutscene from the upcoming 3DS horror game plus a brand new character sporting poor vision and (we assume) tremendous back problems.

Above: Poor thing, she never saw those zombies coming. Literally.

The game takes place between the events of Resident Evil 4 and 5, and follows series regular Jill Valentine on her search for missing teammates in and around a scuttled cruise ship in Europe.

Early media and previews indicate this 3DS installment will be a throwback to the franchise's survival roots, with new elements like the Supply Scanner and a first-person option added to the mix.

Resident Evil Revelations is being readied for an early 2012 release.

They know that there are a lot of kids who will be more than happy to pay for a game that has jiggling giant breasts and ass on a 3D display, whether it's Resident Evil or Barbies Mini-Game Bonanza. Persnally I'd have been much happier for 3D incarnations of games 1,2 & 3. 3D giant alligator in the sewers is far better than 3D pixelated T&A.

I understand the need for fan service, the only reason I didn't throw my controller due RE5 stupid AI was because Sheva looked damn good even when she messed up. But Capcom just keeps pushing it until the point of absurdity and almost undermining the game itself.

Honestly, I don't mind the cleavage and what-not. That's just video games for ya, or entertainment in general. Maybe she just likes to dress that way! But the hair, that is some awful character design. A character where you can't even see most of their face will have a very hard time being memorable.

This is all kinds of terrible. Preposterous tits and bubble ass aside, does anyone find the hair thing hot or even "cool"? Yet another victory for gamers trying to be taken seriously.

bewbs bewbs bewbs bewbs bewbs. I've gotten used to their gratuitous exposure in games, so although it bothers me that they're way too big and way too exposed, I can handle it. But the hair over the eyes? This isn't a manga. Overall, crap character design, but the game looks scary as hell.

Aight lets see, badass looking lady with a nice body, huge (and almost exposed) breasts, touching white sticky stuff and being dragged from behind by a weird thing that looks like is about to give'er a donkey punch... Yup, looks like zombie survival to me.

I also like how her hair completely covers her eyes. HUGE exposed chesticles+hindered vision= low chance for survival. Outside of the questionable character design this game looks really good.

That is one of the worst character designs I've ever seen. I love huge boobs as much as the next guy, but why, WHY would you need to have your tits hanging out while investigating a virus outbreak on a ship?
