Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3

Red Alert 3 takes to the seas

Fresh screenage shows off naval units

Electronic Arts has released new Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 screenshots showing its pretty naval battles, which for the record look like the best thing ever (if you're a C&C fan, anyway).

The long, long-coming sequel is set to feature full-on co-operative play in the single-player campaign, and a third Japanese-inspired faction called The Empire of the Rising Sun, who have lots of anime and Transformer-esque toys.

Series favourites like the Tesla Tank, Kirov airship and Allied attack dogs are all set to return, along with its trademark humour and wonderfully dodgy FMV cut-scenes. C&C 3 was a great series entry and frankly, we can't wait.
