The shit Games have to go through these days just to play a demo is ridiculous. Have Publishers lost their minds? Demos serve them just as much as the Gamers. They are treating Demos like they are something special now. They have become delusional! Its time for the media to step and tell them fools how it is and what the Gamers think about all this bullshit they are pulling regarding demos and betas.

OK. We are officially out of tokens already after about two minutes. My apologies to all who could not get one in time.
  • Gritzor - July 1, 2010 7:44 p.m.

Why do you have to be 18 to get a token if the game says you have to be 17 to play it. Gayyy, gotta wait two more months to get a token, but it'll be pointless by then.

@Embolado We have a very limited supply of US tokens, so we're saving them for you guys. :D

Seriously, platform exclusive demo's for cross-platform games that are being treated like closed beta's... wtf is this industry coming to. A demo is to let the widest possible potential player base give your game a go and hopefully like what they see. I hope the game sells like shit now... well ok that's a bit harsh, but I hope who ever made this decision and signed this deal with microsoft to massage their corporate erection wakes up to find that his penis has developed sentient intelligence and really, really hates him.
