Download of the Week: Red Dead's Undead Nightmare Collection

Platform: 360 | Publisher: Rockstar | Developer: Rockstar San Diego | Price: 1000MS | Size: 1.67GB required

It's a no-brainer for this week's Download of the Week. The excellent Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare Collection manages to deliver a whole new single player campaign, which puts John Marston toe-to-skinless toe with a load of zombie, but it also includes all the previous DLC released for the original game. All of this for a bargain 1000MS points? You'd be brainless to miss it.

For those unaware of the main expansion pack, John Marston's world is suddenly turned upside down as a zombie plague breaks out, turns everyone into flesh-loving undead critters. There's a distinct upping of the pace as the zombies swarm at Marston and the groups of survivors he tries - and mostly fails - to save. You can also hunt mythical creatures such as Bigfoot and Pegasus as well as tame and ride around on the steeds that the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse have. In short, it's brilliant and it adds a whole new meaning to the term 'Wild West'.

What you get: The Undead Nightmare expansion pack, Liars & Cheats pack, which includes multiplayer poker, Liar’s Dice, Horse Racing, Stronghold competitive mode and an explosive rifle. AND the Legends and Killers Pack that has nine new map areas, multiplayer characters from Red Dead Revolver and a tomahawk weapon. Read the review here.

Really must get this at some point though i admit i have never been online to play this game. After finishing RDR i have never really went back to it - Think i am the only person on the planet who did not like the ending.

I picked this pack up during that big XBox Live Marketplace sale during December, definitely worth it.

Are they releasing Undead Nightmare on PSN at discounted price as well?

didnt like the fact that zombies were pretty much headshot only, and it just gets annoying when you have to get the ones crawling on the ground sideways superfast :/

I've always wanted to get Undead Nightmare, and I think now may just be the right time. Thanks GamesRadar!
