==SECTION 1: HISTORY OF SABU==
==============================
Call it hardcore. Call it garbage-style. Call it what you will, Sabu is
the very definition of brutal, no-holds-barred professional wrestling.

Odds are if you've been following wrestling for any amount of time, the
bloodthirsty grappler known as Sabu needs absolutely no introduction. He's
the "suicidal, homicidal, genocidal maniac" best known for his insane,
death-defying matches in ECW. Trained by his real-life relative The Sheik
(Ed Farhat), Sabu has had his neck broken, his jaw crushed and wired shut,
his skin shredded by barbed wire and scarred by various instruments of
torture, and still he cannot be stopped. For that reason, Sabu is one of
the most feared gladiators ever to step into the squared circle.

Sabu has wrestled for more promotions than it is possible to recollect in
this document, including All Japan, FMW, ECW, TNA, XPW, WCW and WWE. It
seems that whenever a recklessly insane hardcore specialist is needed,
Sabu is the man for the job.

==SECTION 4: STRATEGY==
=======================

GENERAL STRATEGY
Sabu's a definite risk taker, so your strategy should be to entertain with
high-risk moves, take chances coming off the top rope, and if possible,
shed blood (both yours and your opponent's!). His main offensive strengths
are in the Agility, Technical (required for some of his high-flying moves)
and Rough (required for the... well... "rougher" moves) categories. And it
should go without saying that if you're participating in a Barbed Wire or
Landmine Deathmatch, Sabu makes an excellent choice as both of these match
types play directly to his strengths.

Sabu is one of the few wrestlers in Fire Pro Returns whose stats actually
improve when he's bleeding! Therefore, you'll want to reach under the
apron for weapons constantly, toss 'em into the ring and hope your
opponent is foolish to try and bust you open! Just be sure to keep your
eye on the ref count when wielding a weapon, as you don't want to end the
match with an inadvertent DQ (if DQ Count is on that is). It's interesting
that Sabu has neither the "Blood" nor "Hardcore" Special Skills, so while
his Recovery and Spirit stats do improve with bloodshed, he doesn't have
the inherent advantages that come with those particular skills.

Sabu's arm, waist and neck strength are all low, so working a fast match
is to his advantage. But if the match does drag on, at least Sabu's high
Breathing stats mean he'll usually be the last one gasping for air. And
never forget his aerial skills. Sabu's post climbing stats are maxed, so
take to the top rope whenever possible!

STRIKES
One of the coolest-looking moves in Fire Pro is the "Big Fire" attack, and
Sabu can do it (perhaps his uncle The Sheik taught it to him!). If you're
going to use strikes at all, might as well go for the whole enchilada and
sizzle your opponent to a crisp! Otherwise, stay close and go for the
grapple, as Sabu's Punch and Kick stats certainly aren't anything special.

GRAPPLES
Sabu works best from a corner grapple. As you can see from the movelist
above, two of his Specials are from this position. So get used to doing
lots of Irish whips and head smashes into the corner to set up a corner
grapple with Sabu.

Most of Sabu's Medium and Strong Grapples evolve around head-crushing
moves such as DDTs, bulldogs and piledrivers, so if your opponent happens
to have low neck endurance, he could be in serious trouble!

In closing, I would like to thank Jason Blackhart for statistical
information and Dave Fairbairn for moveset clarification.
