Call of Duty Black Ops 2 - Villain trailer

Its been a while since we've seen anything new from Treyarch's upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, but the trailer released today sheds a bit more light on the story, the villain, and his plans to destroy America. So far, we've only heard the name Raul Menendez and know that he's the mastermind behind the hijacked drone attack on the future Los Angeles we saw in the reveal trailer, but now we get to see his face. Check out the full trailer below.

Am I the only person who saw the name "David S. Goyer" and thought "Shit, maybe there's hope for this after all!"

They say that about all of the others, seriously, go look at them.

Yet another round of "Hey look, it's Call of Duty! Let's bash it because it looks like the same thing over and over again!" People really need to learn to wait to critic the game WHEN IT COMES OUT! As for the trailer, nothing too special since they can only show single-player right now. I'm still excited to see how the plot unfolds but right now there are other games that need tending to.

    The truth hurts doesn't it?

Trent Reznor. At least we know the soundtrack will be badass. Still not sure about the rest though. Seems like another CoD game that will have updated graphics and maybe a few new gameplay features, but nothing to shoot my load over.

But... but... they have EXPLOSIONS! Isn't that enough?! What do you people want? Originality and an overhaul? That's just (puts on sunglasses) too far.. BOOM!(Explosion!)

I am actually looking forward to this COD. I believe Treyarch is actually trying to do something different with the series.

Just because you have good story writers doesn't mean it will be good, campaign aspect maybe, but be real, that's about 6 hours of play now maybe 8-10 because of Treyarc. Everyone will spend most of their time on multiplayer, show that, not this.

1:04 "The most ambitious Call of Duty to date" As if that's saying much?

...isn't that what they said about the others?
