Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood – first look at the Smuggler

Multiplayer beta now launches on Oct 4, PlayStation Plus members can play it now

Ubisoft has just released a new trailer for Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, which highlights the Smuggler. Community developer Gabe Graziani describes the stealthy multiplayer character: “The Smuggler. A prowler of the ports, she hunts among the docks and has been known to venture into cities if the coin seems worthwhile. Using a hidden blade as her weapon of choice, her victims rarely even get the chance to admire the beauty obscured by her hood.”

The Smuggler will be one of several classes that players will be able to sample in the upcoming PS3-exclusive multiplayer beta for Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, which is scheduled to launch on October 4. However, PlayStation Plus members in AE, AU, GB, IE, and NZ.

just played it then and it was AWESOME, although the smuggler was the only character not available in the beta, maybe you have to unlock her or something

@foxyexplosion: Quit trolling about the little things in life, and just be glad Brotherhood has any kind of multiplayer. The point of these characters is to let the players known that anything that looks like an NPC in the multiplayer could actually be an assassin targeting them, while your own target will be just as vigilant towards you.

This is just the stupidest trucking video Ive ever seen! It means abso-bucking-lutely nothing. It is just a couple different angles of the character model attacking another one. Its not like the cool "meet the..." tf2 videos or an interesting take on them. Its just a clucking minute long play by play of someone walking up behind some one else with stock music on in the background. From what I saw at Pax the classes hardly pucking mean anything anyways so why? Why put this in my face and dare call it media?!?!

This game is going to be awesome. I'm currently playing the MP Beta that was on PSN today and it's just so brilliant. Gonna be a day 1 purchase over here. :D

The multiplayer looks awesome. I'll probably have to pick this one up. Wasn't there a preorder only class though? I can't seem to remember exactly, but I think it was some kind of jester character.
