    These videos look actually really good... I've never played any previous games, and really am not into rpg's too much, so I wonder if I'd like this game... I think the closest I've gotten to an rpg is either Borderlands, or Pokemon. I'm much more of a fps player, or action gamer, like Battlefield, Uncharted, GTA, etc. Anyone have any tips or advice about this game, because after watching these videos, I'm definitely interested, but I don't know how much my interest will last for the actual game...

    Advice, tips... ha. Unless you want me typing a 10 page essay on why you should get Skyrim, just take my word for it. You will love Skyrim, immerse yourself in your character or just be a complete douche to all of Skyrim... its your choice. You have freedom, over 15km of freedom. There is more hours of gameplay in this single player only game then you would get in alot of FPS games. Most people get 300+ hours of gameplay, before they get bored. (Notice i didn't say before they beat it). Skyrim will host 120+ quest all having great stories and not just being, "Go collect me some wood". If all other RPG's turned you down, this is the game for you. If you liked other RPG's this is the game for you!

    This game plays more like an Action Adventure game, but has many RPG elements keeping it playable and fun for both RPG fans and Action Fans.

    Wow, this looks amazing! I had to tempt myself not to watch, but figured they wouldnt really spoil anything in these videos, sure enough I wasnt spoiled at all. I already knew there were epic dragon fights and tons of dungeons :P

    Its funny that people say there are no stories behind these games and it is just Oblivion again. Do those people not realize that this takes place years after Oblivion?

    Every game has had a story and a very good one at that.

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure I remember having seen these before. To me, the gameplay looks very similar to Oblivions (Which isn't a bad thing, believe me), but the menu's for mapping stuff to each hand looks like it could get complicated when you're trying to do something quickly (Like map a healing spell to your left hand whilst also trying to run away) since selecting something from the menu would need to use the same analogue stick that you'd use to move.

    I'm pretty sure that D-pad is used for navigating that quick menu, push left on the d-pad to equip left hand and right for right hand. Also the quick menu pauses the game. I don't see an issue here.

    It looks pretty and the music is great, I'll give it that much. However, they haven't fixed any of the problems I have with the Elder Scrolls series. Enemies still don't react to damage unless hit with something designed to cause knockback (look at it, when he hits an enemy they don't even flinch unless he uses a power attack or high powered spell); magic is still completely OP, even more so now that you can dual wield spells and with the shouts; the AI is still just 'Attack Attack Attack' unless scripted to do otherwise and I still have no reason to care about the story. I mean, the main story is just "there are dragons and you have to murder them all to save the world from some vaguely defined evil". Either give me a damn good reason to save the world or have it so the "hero's" actions actually end up dooming the world. That would be halarious.

    Anyway, enjoy your crap, I'll be busy playing Dark Souls.
