I remember playing Might and Magic VI when I was about 7 and coming across a tribe of cannibals. There were bodies on stakes rendered in beautiful DirectX 5 graphics that were traumatizing for me...

Good article but can't believe Shin Megami wasn't part of the blasphemy category.

If there is a law, then games have broken it. I would have put suicide higher up though.

For the record, Shin Megami Tensei also featured quite heavy blasphemy, and had evil judeo-christian God characters, as well as good Devil characters.

The romantic story between Sonic and the human girl is the most god-awful ridiculous thing i have seen in videogames. This is material worthy of 100000 facepalms. Only Sonic Team would come up with something as stupid and tasteless as this. Good job and another nail in Sonic's coffin.

Well, Mr. Kojima sure has a wide menu to choose from. I wonder what that game will turn out to be.
