Oh, no. Where The Wild Things are was once one of our 2008 picks. Then, one of our Spring 2009 picks. Now we're hoping we'll get to see it before Christmas 2010.
All right, so things aren't quite that bad - but Warner Brothers have announced a 20 October date for the flick, and we're starting to furrow our brows in frustration.
The current word on the 'net is that WB aren't happy with Spike's take on the Wild Things universe, and have pushed the date back for reshoots. There are even computer whispers that they'll hand the project to a brand new director.
