Mark Ruffalo took to Twitter to let a fan know that The Avengers isn’t being shot in 3D.
This doesn’t necessarily mean that it won’t be in 3D, but if so, it will be post-converted into three dimensions like Thor and Captain America .
Recently, Pirates Of The Caribbean 4 got better ticket sales on the 2D version, which may suggest that people are tightening their wallets over the increased price of 3D films.
It’s all speculation at the moment, but Mark Ruffalo provided another interesting piece of information, saying: “The Hulk may be completely bare ass in this Avengers.”
It sounded like a joke, but could Joss Whedon be going ultra-realistic with his choice of transformation and ditching the purple shorts?
We’ll have to wait until 4 May 2012 to find out.
