New poster arrives for Spring Breakers

Spring Breakers has released a cool new poster online that contains a shocking lack of female flesh, particularly in comparison with previous promotional material.

The new poster shows a spread of holiday essentials, including cropped denim shorts, sunglasses and, er, a balaclava. Looks like the girls have got more than just tanning planned…

The movie follows a group of co-eds on the trip of a lifetime, who decide to try and keep the party going by swiping some money from a liquor store.

Surprisingly, their meticulously thought-out plan soon goes tits up, and gets them into the clutches of James Franco’s nut-nut drug dealer. And from there, their new life of crime swiftly escalates.

Directed by Harmony Korine and co-starring Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez and Ashley Benson, Spring Breakers will open in the UK on 5 April 2013. In the meantime, you can check out the new poster below…
