Enjoy 3 minutes of unfiltered Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild gameplay from The Game Awards 2016

Stylish trailers and cinematics are nice and all, but if you really want to get the feel for a game, you need to see someone sit down and just play it. Along with the very lovely trailer released during the pre-show, you can now enjoy three and a half minutes of straight gameplay:

It's gotta be hard to show off something like Breath of the Wild, which turns the Zelda formula on its ear and opts for a massive open world to explore. Still, this does a fine enough job, and I'll admit it: I wanna know more about that bird guy and his accordion. Could he be the next Goron? We can only hope.
