Chris Evans and Jared Leto in talks for The Girl On The Train

The Girl On The Train is already tipped to become one of the biggest movies of 2016, and it could be about to boost those credentials by casting of a pair of A-list leading men. According to Variety, Chris Evans and Jared Leto are in early talks to join the production, with the pair potentially set to star opposite Emily Blunt and Rebecca Ferguson.

Based on the bestselling novel of the same name, the film follows Blunt’s character, a recovering alcoholic who witnesses something terrible while looking out the window of her commuter train. Unable to keep what she has seen to herself, she goes to the police, only to become inextricably entwined with the lives of the couple involved.
