The Art Of Judge Dredd hardback book features art from the 2000AD archive and includes work by the greats of British comic art such as Mick McMahon, Brian Bolland, Colin MacNeil, Cam Kennedy, Steve Dillon, Carlos Ezquerra and many, many more. The book is packed with every Dredd cover 2000AD has ever published, as well as many images taken from the strip itself. Each piece of art features in-depth comments, opinions and impressions from artists, writers and fans which really give an inside view at just how so many of the iconic images of Dredd came about.

The price may be a bit steep but I think it’s worth it for the fantastically-reproduced art and the wealth of information it provides about the history of this iconic character and people who brought him to life.

The book is available to buy from 13 September with a more expensive, very limited edition, version available only from the 2000AD online shop at shop.2000adonline.com .
