SCUM celebrates its long-awaited 1.0 release with a 100 key giveaway at the Future Games Show

SCUM has been in Early Access since all the way back in August 2018, so unless you've been trapped in a gaming-free cave since then you'll almost certainly have heard of it already. As revealed during the Future Games Show Summer Showcase, the much-anticipated 1.0 release is coming soon on June 17, 2025 and we have 100 game keys to giveaway to lucky viewers.

If you need some background, then SCUM sees you stranded as a prisoner on a super-max island, where you'll need to use your skills and hone your instincts if you want to survive. As you loot and craft while exploring the island, you'll face constant threats from armed mechs, zombie-like 'puppets', and of course your fellow prisoners – or you can team up to increase your odds of survival together.

SCUM is perhaps best know for its intricate simulation of the human metabolic system, so you'll need to maintain your food and water intake to remain hydrated and fed, while also dealing with your bladder and bowels at the appropriate times so you don't end up succumbing to your own bodily systems.

While all of this is going on, you have to remember that the sinister TEC1 corporation that runs this prison island is also an entertainment company, broadcasting all of your successes and failures to a bloodthirsty audience. Millions are watching your every move, so make sure you put on a good show.

If you want to be in with a chance to win one of the 100 SCUM 1.0 keys we're giving away, then fill in your details on the form provided below – good luck!
