Some new Ant-Man rumours have emerged this morning, with JoBlo claiming to have the inside scoop on some of the film's key plot points, including the identity of the villain.
According to the report, Ant-Man will be going up against Darren Cross, the head of Cross Technological Enterprises, a competitor of both Stark Industries and OsCorp.
Apparently, Cross will also be in possession of a suit similar to Ant-Man's, although it is unclear at this point whether he will be played by Patrick Wilson or Corey Stoll.
Meanwhile, Ant-Man's backstory will stay true to the comics, with Scott Lang's origin story casting him as a thief and single dad who breaks into Hank Pym's apartment and steals the Ant-Man suit.
Just enough to start getting excited about, then. Directed by Peyton Reed and co-starring Paul Rudd, Michel Douglas and Evangeline Lilly, Ant-Man will open in the UK on 17 July 2015.
