Resident Evil 0's graphics aren't the only thing that's shiny and new in the upcoming RE0 HD remaster. Capcom has revealed that those who pre-order the game will get access to two special costumes: a cheerleader outfit for Rebecca, and an '80s action star-inspired ensemble for Billy.
Eagle-eyed fans might recognize both of these outfits from previous Capcom games: Rebecca's outfit first debuted in the Nintendo DS game Resident Evil: Deadly Silence, while Billy's no shirt and bandoliers combo is a reference to the 1990 shooter, Mercs. As you can tell from the screenshot, these are super serious costumes, only to be worn by those who want to feel truly immersed in the lore of the Resident Evil franchise as they fight off the zombie hordes.
Give me an R! Give me an E! Give me a zero! Give me a resolution upscaling and new control scheme! What does that make? Resident Evil 0 HD, available for PS3, PS4, Xbox One and PC on January 19, woo! *high kick*
