Resident Evil Requiem amiibo are selling out fast, but I've gathered the best places to try and catch Leon and Grace
The Resident Evil Requiem amiibo launch on June 30
Resident Evil Requiem has come and gone. I'm still having nightmares of being stalked down barely-lit corridors by monstrous, mutated creators, but I'd be willing to dive back into the horrors with the amiibo in my arsenal.
Nintendo of Japan shared that the Resident Evil Requiem amiibo are expected to release on June 30, 2026, so a pre-order date was inevitable, and yet it's been all hush-hush on the NFC-collectible front for weeks now. On May 18, this all changed, as the small plastic renditions of both Grace Ashcroft and Leon were finally unveiled and dropped for $29.99 at GameStop, where they subsequently sold out.
As GameStop exclusives in the US, this isn't the best news. They are still available to import from Amazon Japan for £14.80 (Amazon) each (about $20), but there will be hidden customs fees to contend with.
I wouldn't give up hope of adding these figures and their spaghetti-looking hair to your collection just yet. GameStop states they are "not available" rather than sold out, and users of the r/residentevil subreddit shared that they were back on the shelves shortly after the initial sellout. So you don't miss out on any possible restocks, I've gathered the links you should be bookmarking below.
Where to buy Resident Evil amiibo in the US
Resident Evil Requiem Grace amiibo | $29.99 at GameStop
The Grace Ashcroft amiibo dropped on GameStop on May 18, and sold out shortly afterwards. If you're lucky enough, some users have been able to secure the amiibo since the first wave of stock has gone.
Resident Evil Requiem Leon amiibo | $29.99 at GameStop
The Leon amiibo dropped at GameStop on May 18 alongside Grace, and was available as one per person. While the figure is sitting as "not available" for now, there's a chance GameStop could offload more stock allocation, so I recommend bookmarketing this link if you don't want to miss out.
Where to buy Resident Evil amiibo in the UK
Resident Evil Requiem Grace amiibo | Check stock at Nintendo UK
So far there's been no signs of the Grace amiibo in the UK, however if it's going to be anywhere the official Nintendo online store would be the place. Other amiibo that were GameStop exclusives in the US like the Pragmata Diana figure were only available at Nintendo, so this is the link to save for later.
Resident Evil Requiem Leon amiibo | Check stock at Nintendo
The best place to find the Leon amiibo will undoubtedly be the official Nintendo UK store, if and when stock goes live. The Nintendo storefront has been more reliable than ever at dropping brand new amiibo like that of Mineru's Construct and the Splatoon Raiders Triple Pack. If you want to grab Leon for your collection, this is the UK store to keep an eye on.

Weekly digests, tales from the communities you love, and more

Ever since I first held a NES controller in my hand I've been obsessed with gaming, and the hardware it runs on. I could hook up a NES and SNES to a telly, without instructions, before I could walk. Even now, nothing is more exciting then taking a console, or handheld, out the box for the first time and setting it up. This obsession transformed into a love of games and game music, which lead to my music degree and dream of becoming the Scottish Nobuo Uematsu. After sharing my love of games through music, I began to share my love through words on sites like TechRadar and iMore. This lead to becoming a Hardware staff writer for PCGamesN, and later the Senior Tech Writer for Dexerto, covering all things Steam Deck, PlayStation and Nintendo. With that experience, I was able to level up as Hardware Editor for GamesRadar+, where I'm still just as Nintendo, PlayStation and gaming tech obsessed as ever.
