Read the Game of Thrones letter that led to huge consequences in this week's episode (SPOILERS)

WARNING: This article is dark and full of spoilers.

It's almost hard to believe there was a time when King Joffrey was easily the worst Game of Thrones had to offer, but the dubious honour of character we'd most like to see brutally die has passed to Ramsay Bolton. The (hopefully temporary) Lord of Winterfell was at it again in this week's episode, sending a vile letter to Jon Snow daring him to attack.

Check it out below...

Ramsay's letter had his desired outcome, as it spurred Jon into action. You have to wonder if he's bitten off more than he can chew this time though, as it looks like a number of forces are now aligning against him. With any luck, he doesn't last the season...

Season 6 of Game of Thrones airs Sundays on HBO in the US, and Sky Atlantic on Mondays in the UK.
