Medal of Honor Heroes - solo hands-on

As far as mission variety goes, so far we've been doing a lot of standing around. Heroes feels more like a multiplayer game first and solo second - many, many missions involve capturing flags or holding areas until a timer runs out instead of hoofing it from safe house to safe house. Thankfully, there's no "super rage meter" or whatever like there was in European Assault - what a way to kill the authenticity.

Medal of Honor Heroes storms PSP on Tuesday, and thus far we're thinking fans will be quite pleased with the outcome. A solid online presence and unique solo game (peppered with medals and ranks for chronic re-players) make it at least one PSP FPS that shouldn't disappoint.
