Massive '07 games we all forgot

Crysis
It's soooo pretty! Look at the water! Look at the sand! Look at the trees and the lighting and the physics. OK, are you done? Us too. It's not that the gameplay is poor - despite a few AI glitches and a surprisingly linear experience it's still one of the most competent first-person shooters around. But there are so many other great shooters available at the moment. Put simply, it's just more fun tostick on CoD4 for a quick fix of ultra-slick blasting.

Above: It's incredible. But many PCs struggle with it and by the time tech catches up, better games will be out. Same thing happened to Doom 3
