What happens when a young woman falls in love with her stalker? We imagine it can’t be that good, but when the story comes from Patricia Highsmith (The Talented Mr Ripley), you know there will be plenty of twists.
Julia Stiles will find out as she’s starring in Cry Of The Owl, based on Highsmith’s novel. Paddy Considine will play a man who moves to her town and begins spying on her. But that’s not all… There’s also Scott Speedman, who’s playing her ex, a bitter and twisted individual who also plots revenge on her.
Jamie Thraves originally had Sarah Polley attached to the lead, but she has since dropped out. Now that he has a star once more, he’ll start shooting at the end of the month in Toronto.
