Antro is a rhythm-action platformer all about starting a revolution to sick beats, and it's coming out at the end of June
In Antro, everything you do syncs to the beat
Rhythm-platformer Antro sees you parkouring across a dystopian city in time to the beat and, as announced at FGS Live From Los Angeles, it's launching on June 27.
Made by Gatera Studio and publisher SelectaPlay, Antro tasks you with delivering a mysterious package to an unknown recipient in the eponymous city as the lonely courier Nittch.
The problem is that Antro is a horrible hive under the ruins of Barcelona, home to those that survived a catastrophe that annihilated almost all of humanity. To make matter worse, it's also being ruled by the iron-fisted, art-hating government corporation known as La Cúpula, but a rebellion is brewing under an organization known as Los Discordantes.
As for the game itself, everything you do syncs to the beat of various emotive tracks that cover a range of genres, from hip-hop and R&B to electronic tracks. As the music pounds, you'll have to traverse your way across the inhospitable subterranean city, be that through using parkour platforming techniques or solving puzzles to get past obstacles.
You may also get chased by La Cúpula's forces, requiring you to speed through the city to escape your pursuers in high-octance, music-driven sequences. As you progress, you'll learn the truth about the vital package that Nittch is carrying and how it'll help the rebellion against La Cúpula.
As mentioned, Antro launches on June 27, 2025, and you'll be able to play it on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam. While you wait, get it on your Steam wishlist so you definitely don't miss it!
