Sony is gearing up to deliver a helping of PlayStation State of Play this week, with one of the largest editions in the showcase's history. We've got you covered with when, where, and how to watch it live.
Of course, Sony hasn't spoiled exactly what will show up during the event, but we do (probably) know one thing that won't: Marvel's Wolverine. Despite being a 2026 release and probably the most anticipated PlayStation game coming out, Insomniac Games says the next batch of info will be in Spring 2026, and we're unfortunately not in Spring right now. Of course, the studio could be playing coy and lying to us, but that's probably just me being hopeful.
Before Wolverine, however, comes the release of Marathon – which Bungie has confirmed will be shown during the event – and Saros, which will surely make an appearance during the showcase. Plus, Hideo Kojima has been editing a trailer, so a PC port of Death Stranding 2: On The Beach feels like a possibility.
As for third parties, Capcom has four big AAA releases coming out this year, so I'd expect some combination of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Resident Evil Requiem, Pragmata, or Monster Hunter Stories 3 to pop up. There are also Devil May Cry 6 rumors to be inevitably disappointed by. Square Enix and Sega love appearing in as many showcases as possible, so there's probably something brewing there, too.
