The first TV spot has arrived online for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire , and the emphasis is firmly on the love triangle between Katniss, Peeta and Gale.
Director Francis Lawrence recently said that he planned to bring the romance of the novels to the fore second time around, and this latest footage certainly seems heavy on the angst, as Katniss tries to keep her feelings in check for the sake of her family.
It all looks to be coming to a head, however, with both Peeta and Gale making their claims for her affections.

Whether or not you're a fan of the Coldplay track sweeping along in the backdrop, there's no denying the sense of raised stakes in this latest spot. Throw in the Quarter Quell, and we should be in for quite a show.
Co-starring Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will open in the UK on 21 November 2013.
