New to Netflix to stream this weekend
The Bad Guys: The Series season 2
Available: US/UK
Fun-loving criminals the Bad Guys return for the second season of this animated comedy. A prequel to the movies, The Bad Guys: The Series follows Mr. Wolf (voiced by Michael Godere), Mr. Shark (Ezekiel Ajeigbe), Mr. Piranha (Raul Ceballos), Mr. Snake (Chris Diamantopoulos), and Ms. Tarantula (Mallory Low) as they try to make it big as criminal masterminds. In season 2 they have stepped their plans up a gear and moved into a brand new lair. It's not long, however, before their mischievousness draws the attention of other, more dangerous villains.
The first season was a big hit for Netflix, quickly breaking into its top 10. This second run promises more laughter and hijinks from the dopey, devious, but always lovable Bad Guys.

Bloodhounds season 2
Available: US/UK
Round two! The bruising second season of this Korean boxing revenge saga is set three years after the first run. The previous episodes saw prizefighters Gun-woo (Woo Do-hwan) and Woo-jin (Lee Sang-yi) take on a deadly loan shark organization known as Smile Capital. With the loan sharks now out of the picture, Gun-woo is free to continue his quest to become a boxing champion by entering an underground international boxing league, with help from Woo-jin, who is acting as his coach. It's not going to be easy, however. Standing against the duo is a powerful new villain named Baek-jeong (Jung Ji-hoon).
This eight-episode second season looks like it will dial up everything that fans loved about Bloodhounds the first time around, with tougher action and higher stakes. Will Gun-woo survive long enough to achieve his dreams?

The Ramparts of Ice
Available: US/UK
This looks like a sweet new anime with a romantic flavor. Inspired by the hit Japanese web manga series, written and illustrated by Kōcha Agasawa, The Ramparts of Ice follows a young girl named Koyuki Hikawa (voiced by Anna Nagase) who keeps her schoolmates at a distance because of trauma in her past. A chance encounter with a boy called Minato Amamiya (Shōya Chiba), however, leads to a growing bond between the two that may break down her barriers.
Also along for the ride in this coming-of-age story is Koyuki's best friend, Miki Azumi (Fuka Izumi). According to Netflix, these three misfits "share an awkward, occasionally frustrating, yet wholesome student life." The series starts rolling out weekly on April 2.
