EA Games has dropped word once again that a sequel to last year's quite-good Godfather game is in the pipeline.
Reported on Gamasutra, EA Games head, Frank Gibeau, had this to say during a response to a shareholder question yesterday asking about how EA deals with mature titles:
"The appeal of those types of games is growing as the demographics start to open up for that older demographic... We make products like Godfather 2, Army Of Two, Crysis - a lot of products that appeal to that older customer."

It's not the first time EA has mentioned the second Godfather title. Early last year Godfather exec David DeMartini revealed that the company's intention was to "make two and three."
We're currently waiting on word from EA's UK op.
Here's hoping they keep it cooking a little while longer this time - and another Wii version sharing the first one's excellent controls is essential.
