David O Russell gets Nailed again

Poor old David O Russell. While we’re not sure many of the thesps he’s worked with (George Clooney?) would sympathise, the I Heart Huckabees director is having the worst luck with his latest film, Nailed.

The movie - which stars Jessica Biel and Jake Gyllenhaal – has been shut down for a second time in as many weeks as the money ran dry and the production crew refused to work after not getting paid.

Fortunately, like the previous speed bump (which was due to the Screen Actors’ Guild not receiving enough money to pay the thesps on board) it sounds like this will only be a temporary setback. We can’t wait for the DVD behind-the-scenes documentary. Or at least some footage leaked to YouTube…
