Can be purchased from Felkin the Outcast. He's found in the tunnel from Majula to Huntsman's Copse.

Great Magic Barrier

Can be purchased from Chancellor Wellager in Drangleic Castle.

Perseverance

Can be purchased from Cromwell the Pardoner in the Brightstone Cove Tseldora Chapel.

Repair

You'll find this after passing through the Shrine of Winter. Head down the hill and make a right toward the blocked path you came from. Loot the corpse over here for the miracle.

Replenishment

Can be purchased from Licia of Lindeldt. She's found either by the Tower of Flame bonfire in Heide's Tower of Flame, or by the rotunda in Majula.

Resplendent Life

Can be purchased from Licia of Lindeldt. She's found either by the Tower of Flame bonfire in Heide's Tower of Flame, or by the rotunda in Majula.

Can also be purchased from Straid of Olaphis at the Straid's Cell bonfire in The Lost Bastille.

Sacred Oath

Can be traded for the Soul of Velstadt with Straid of Olaphis at the Straid's Cell bonfire in The Lost Bastille.

Soothing Sunlight

Use the Cracked Eye Orb near Licia of Lindelt (either at the Tower of Flame bonfire in Heide's Tower of Flame, or at the rotunda in Majula) to battle her. She drops this upon defeat.

Soul Appease

Can be purchased from Stone Trader Chloanne. She's found at the start of Harvest Valley.

Can also be purchased from Grave Warden Agdayne in Undead Crypt.

Sunlight Blade

From the Crumbled Ruins bonfire in Shrine of Amana, bear right as you move deeper into the shrine. You'll see a corpse and two sorceresses far off into the distance. Head down this long, deep trail, taking care not to fall off. Take out the sorceresses and open the chest hidden in the water for the miracle.

Can also be purchased from Straid of Olaphis at the Straid's Cell bonfire in The Lost Bastille.
