When feckless DJ Alex (Ryan Davenport) is given six months for dealing, he opts for house arrest, which (owing to a horribly believable admin nightmare) just happens to be at the home of his seriously unimpressed ex-girlfriend, Karen (Sharea Samuels).

Will Stockholm Syndrome prevail? Given neither character is particularly interesting or likeable, you’d be forgiven for caring more about the fate of Karen’s pet goldfish, Leonard.

And some nicely dry comic touches aside, this mostly half-baked romcom would probably have worked better as a half-hour TV skit.
