1: Whiteridge’s Duty: The Observant Lady
When you enter Oxheart Perry’s Residence, go up to the second floor and enter the door across the hall. When you enter, there will be a man sleeping in a chair. Take him out and then turn around to find a cabinet there. Look in the bottom drawer to find the brooch.

2: The Court of Montonessi: The Grace of Insecurity
While in the Oxheart Perry shop during the Silence is Golden Side Mission, you can find this painting in the back room beside the shelf.

3: Client Loot: The Voicebox
You can find the voice box in the safe when you reach the cellar. It is the goal of the chapter, so you will need to retrieve it to complete it.
