Have you put in your votes for the 2015 Golden Joystick Awards? If you haven't yet had your say in the only major gaming award show voted on by gamers themselves, then maybe I can catch your fancy with one of my favorite categories: Best Indie Game includes everything from Crypt of the Necrodancer to Everybody's Gone to the Rapture.
It's a very strong selection this year, and I wouldn't blame you for being wracked with indecision. Still, great as all the contenders may be, I'd have to give it all to Kerbal Space Program. It's such an unlikely little game - developed by a marketing firm of all places - and I'd bet you any money that our own Human Space Programs will get a serious boost from all the young folks that are playing KSP and getting excited about real-life astrophysics right now. Or if you prefer to keep your edu and tainment as separate as possible, you can't go wrong with the sneaky goodness of Volume.
It doesn't really matter what I think, though, because the Joysticks are all about who you want to take home the gold. Make sure you head over and cast your vote now! And as if the thrill of the democratic process wasn't enough, completing a ballot will get you a stupendous deal on BioShock Infinite for PC.
