Game Informer has the scoop on all of the locations to be featured in Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and oh! The places you'll go! You%26rsquo;ll be on your way up! You%26rsquo;ll be seeing great sights! You%26rsquo;ll join the high fliers who soar to high heights, beginning with Masyaf... which fans will remember from the first Assassin's Creed. Kind of killed the rhythm there.
"Constantinople is a massive city. It actually spans two continents %26ndash; on one side is Europe, and other Asia," said Amancio. "This is the center of the known world at that time. The spice trading and all that related trade happened through Constantinople. It was one of the main reasons that Europeans tried to go around Africa %26ndash; because Constantinople was this great hub controlled by the Ottomans. And, essentially, everything needed to go through that city."
According to Game Informer, Ezio will return to Masyaf at some point near the end of the game. But if you're wondering, no, you can't go back to Constantinople:
Also included in Revelations are Cappadocia, an underground Templar stronghold, and Rhodes, which won't make an appearance in the campaign, but is included as a new multiplayer setting. Check out Game Informer's reveal for all of the details.
