Leave the park and cross the road near the T-junction.
Climb over the wall of the house on the right at this intersection and make your way over to the small wall by the steps.
The letter is on the top of the wall.

Head to the northeast of the Green Park map marker to find the next letter.
The letter is on a chair beneath a tree.

You'll find this letter in Green Park, on the path that runs around the park's map marker.
From the map marker, follow the path to the west. The letter is on a bench next to the small fountain.

The next one is in the southeast corner of the Buckingham Palace restricted area.
From the street that runs between the palace and St. James's Park, you can hop over the fence using one of the posts along the perimeter.
Once you're in, head over to the carriage in front of the building.
The letter is on a suitcase next to it.
